Who we are
Spur, a trading name of OFNT Ltd. You can reach us at spur@ofnt.website.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up for the playbook or The Ops Room. We use it to send what you asked for and the newsletter.
- What you send us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, so we can reply and arrange a call.
- Anonymous usage data (pages viewed, rough location, device type) through cookie-free analytics, so we know what's useful.
Who processes it
Our emails (the playbook, the welcome emails and the newsletter) are sent with Loops, and this site is hosted on Cloudflare. They process data on our behalf and only to provide their service. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Email spur@ofnt.website and we'll do it within 30 days.
Client data
Data we handle while working for a client is covered by our agreement with that client, not by this page. We use minimum-access permissions and never use client data to train AI models.
